Share in the rewards of this valuable work as a Program Supervisor  for our Waiver homes in Amarillo, TX.   Responsibilities include supervising the condition of the residential environment and providing services as required in the implementation plans, such as meal planning, skills training, recreational activities, transportation and family contact.  This position will supervise 4-5 homes and the staff who will work at those homes.Must possess or have the ability to acquire through staff training a good working knowledge of procedures pertaining to: rights, abuse and neglect, and person centered services, including Implementation Plans and goals of integrating persons with disabilities into the community.Must be able and willing to provide supports for persons with potentially aggressive behaviors.  Ability to relate well with people, families, and other program staff.
